Overview D365 Business Central Technical Analyst - WFH (Dayshift) role at MicroSourcing. Responsibilities Analyse, design, code, implement and maintain D365 Business Central (BC) application systems for Harvey Norman Commercials. Monitor the performance of the applications to ensure they're always running properly. Find ways to improve the overall application development process, code quality, platform performance and security. Provide hands-on applications support for the Commercial business, perform proactive platform monitoring and tasks as directed by leads and manager. Collaborate with the Commercial Applications team and external teams to ensure the applications align with the technology objectives. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of software solutions, ensuring alignment with Commercial business goals and objectives, as directed. Actively participate in the software systems design, considering scalability, performance and security needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Harvey Norman to deliver high-quality software products. Develop codes required as part of the D365 CE ecosystems. Build software that fulfils requirements using D365 CE development best practices. Carry out regular security and performance checks. Find solutions to security threats, viruses, or errors that might hinder system performance. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends and software development methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in D365 BC development. Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiencies in programming languages, frameworks and technologies relevant to the Commercial Applications' Ecosystem. Strong experience in the Dynamics 365 BC technologies – Custom AL extensions, Cloud-based ERP, Power Admin Centre. Strong understanding in the Dynamics 365 CE technologies – Microsoft Dataverse, MSCRM Document Core Pack, Click Dimensions, Custom PCF Controls, Dialog Builder, ForceXrm Editable Grid.
