Are you passionate about driving business performance and making an impact in the tech industry? ASUS is seeking a Country Product Manager who will play a key role in shaping our brand’s market presence, executing strategic plans, and ensuring sales success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage ASUS Accessories & warranty product lines and grow the business in the Philippines market
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with HQ to align product planning with established goals. Plan, win and implement go-to-market plans in Philippines, including forecast management, logistics, marketing, and product enablement
  • Sales and inventory management including weekly sales and inventory analysis, competitor, and market analysis
  • Coordinate with the sales team and create win-win business cases for business partners. Articulate the ASUS brand value proposition, seize opportunities based on market analytics and negotiate ASUS presence with named accounts
  • Work with Marketing team to identify and implement best-in-class merchandising online and in-store, messaging for advertisements and other key initiatives
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across cross-functional teams as needed to maintain velocity and deliver commitments
  • Must be results-oriented, maintain good attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree; in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 year(s) of working experience; electronic consumer goods and/or peripherals product management experience is a plus
  • Required Skill(s): Product Management, Sales Planning, Marketing, good presentation/communication skills
  • High responsibility and goal orientation
  • Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English)
  • Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skillset
  • Willing to travel if necessary
