About the Role We are seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Manager (Senior), Corporate Wealth at HSBC. Principal Responsibilities Identify business opportunities through direct customer contact and referral to maximize the sales and penetration of investment and insurance products to target customer segment Provide high quality investment and insurance services to selected corporate customers to anchor the relationship base and build loyalty with our customers Conduct marketing activities of investment and insurance business for commercial banking customers Work closely with relationship managers to identify customer needs and promote investment and insurance services to suitable customers Achieve assigned income target to contribute to both individual and team performance Build and manage portfolio of investment and insurance customers, maintain good customer relationship and provide quality after‑sales services Develop and implement effective initiatives to deliver business results, build and enhance product portfolio Support Team Head in sales management and maintain good relationship and provide quality after‑sales service to customer Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with proven relevant working experience Good knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency with good knowledge of the investment market and economic environment. Preferably a CFP or CFA. Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes all relevant papers of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Strong self‑motivation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
