Perform core and ad hoc leadership duties beyond assigned portfolio. Encourage collaboration, professionalism, and entrepreneurial thinking across teams. Model company values, maintain open communication, and prevent siloed work. Mentor subordinates for professional growth, alignment with company values, and succession planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business-related course. 5+ years of experience in operations management, marketing, and business development.
