Overview

This is a full-time administrative assistant role located on-site in Subic. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting the executive team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
  • Strong clerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
