Overview

Sr. Retention & Direct Response Manager (Remote) – responsible for driving online lead generation through traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including TV, radio, podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand reach into untapped markets.

Responsibilities
  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels and analyzing data to refine strategies.
  • Developing and executing innovative, growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Managing budgets, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
