ReThem is building momentum and we're searching for a bold, data-driven Marketing Growth Hacker to supercharge our growth engine. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, experimentation, and analytics, and wants to own growth across our B2B funnels.
You'll be the architect of scalable growth loops, from unlocking new acquisition channels to designing funnel experiments that transform curious prospects into passionate champions. If your mindset is "test, learn, optimize, repeat," this is your playground.
What You’ll Do Growth Strategy & Experimentation- Launch, test, and scale experiments across LinkedIn, cold outreach, content syndication, paid media, email sequences, and landing pages.
- Pinpoint high-velocity tactics that resonate with sales trainers, coaches, and enablement leaders.
- Build referral programs, lead magnets, and activation flows to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Partner with sales teams to decode objections, triggers, and buying behaviors.
- Craft personalized outreach cadences, messaging strategies, and SDR enablement assets.
- Run ABM-style campaigns with tailored landing pages, ad sequencing, and nurture paths for high-value prospects.
- Own the end-to-end funnel: impressions → MQL → SQL → closed-won.
- Run cohort and behavioral analyses to identify conversion levers.
- Double-down on winning plays and confidently sunset underperformers.
- Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to A/B test visuals, hooks, and CTAs.
- Build high-converting landing pages, microsites, or interactive assets for targeted personas.
- Personalize experiences using firmographic and behavioral segmentation.
- Growth & Automation: Zapier, Clearbit, Instantly, Phantombuster
- Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Looker, GTM, UTM frameworks
- CRM & Outreach: HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Zoho CRM
- Landing Pages & Web: Webflow, Unbounce, Typeform
- Content & Visuals: Canva, Figma, Loom, Adobe Suite
- Experimentation: Google Optimize, Hotjar, Survicate
- 3-6 years in growth, performance, or product-led marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
- A proven track record of launching and scaling growth experiments tied directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Deep understanding of the sales ecosystem—especially trainers, enablement, and consultative sellers.
- Hands-on experience with CRM workflows, SDR campaigns, and funnel metrics.
- Comfort operating in lean, fast-moving environments where you own both strategy and execution.
- You think like a growth hacker but act like a sales strategist.
- You deeply understand how sales trainers and enablement leaders learn, buy, and make decisions.
- You test relentlessly but always tie experiments back to business outcomes.
- You can launch a campaign in the morning, analyze it by afternoon, and iterate by evening.
- You thrive on collaboration, uniting sales, product, and marketing around a shared growth goal.
