The Role The Team Lead oversees a group of agents to ensure performance goals, quality standards, and targets are met. They provide support, coaching, and accountability to the team. Job Title: TEAM LEAD STRATEGY - VA TRANSFERS Requirement: TWELVE (12) Company: BENELUX TEK PVT LTD. Location: REMOTE 100% Industry: BPO CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance Management: Track transfers, monitor talk time, set benchmarks. Quality Assurance: Audit calls, ensure form submissions meet filters, flag disqualified leads. Coaching & Training: Conduct daily huddles, weekly feedback, maintain scripts and FAQs. Reporting & Documentation: Submit summaries, track performance and bonuses. Escalations & Support: Troubleshoot issues, support agents during calls. Daily Workflow Morning huddle and briefing Live call monitoring and support Progress check-in Performance tracking and QA checks End-of-day reporting KPIs to Monitor Transfers per agent per day Form error rate Transfer approval rate Attendance and call hours Incentives for Team Leads Performance bonus for meeting targets Override commission per approved transfer Recognition programs Salary Structure Agent: PKR 40,000–80,000/month + per transfer bonus Team Lead: PKR 100,000–150,000/month + override Final Notes A strong team lead drives results and quality, acting as a bridge between the team and leadership.
