Responsibilities
  • Creation of solution concepts and presentation to the customer (Template Board)
  • Discuss details of requirements raised by the customer
  • Implementation of the requirements in CRM and WebUI
  • Enhancement of interfaces to ERP (and mobile service)
  • Go-Live and Hypercare Support
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM Service + Sales + integration processes to SAP ERP (invoicing + logistics) and mobile services
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years SAP CRM Project Developer experience
  • Technical Knowhow for data migrations in SAP CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM Service processes and related objects (Business partner + iBase + Service Contracts + Service Orders + Service Confirmations)
  • Distinctive ABAP, ABAP OO, LSMW Knowhow (plus)
  • Deep knowledge of SAP CRM Data structure
  • Experienced knowledge of SAP CRM Applications
  • Multi-project experience in technical Data migrations within SAP CRM
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM Service + Sales + integration processes to SAP ERP (invoicing + logistics) and mobile services
