Responsibilities- Strong customer engagement skills to develop into a Trusted Advisor within a large, enterprise client
- Service delivery understanding and value-management mindset, with focus on PE services delivery as TQM: resourcing, staffing, scope management, risk and issues management, escalation management
- Understand an overall enterprise architecture across private cloud, SaaS, and on-premise solutions including integration
- Business acumen and contract understanding: ACV, solutioning, procurement, customer retention, managing P&L on contract level
- Work as a core member of a virtual account team and orchestrate cross-account internal governance
- Analyze customer situations and requirements across business, IT, transformation, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operations
- Engagement governance, executive reporting and presentations
- Gain or have experience in design, implementation, and change management projects
- Facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent tertiary study
- 0-3 years' work experience in customer-facing roles
- Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic and collaborative
- Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn
- Interested in technology and how digital platforms solve business challenges
- Problem-solvers who are ambitious, resilient, proactive, open-minded, and able to manage pressure
- Learn and understand the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for the respective solution areas and deliver according to service specifications
- Participate in job rotations with various teams within the business while meeting performance requirements
- Engage in case studies, classroom and self-paced learning with a mix of technical and soft skills
- Work on projects that demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Demonstrate problem solving, time management, and communication through training and rotations
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively to explain customer situations to business users and SAP consultants
- Adapt to new technologies in a dynamic environment
- Support adoption of Rise with SAP methodologies and tools to maximize customer value
