Overview

Solution Advisor Associate - SAP Next Gen Academy for Customer Success - Philippines (Hybrid). Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.

A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. The role includes deal support during discovery sessions, executive meetings and presentations, and delivering software demonstrations that communicate SAP’s value proposition. The Advisor may participate in marketing events, Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.

• Successfully complete a 10-month program that strengthens a foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
• Participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues from around the world to acquire business, industry, and SAP solution skills while engaging with emerging technologies.
• Receive on-the-job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor, gaining real-world experience with customers to guide them through their Digital Transformation journey.

The program enriches your knowledge of SAP and provides professional experience to serve customers. It offers full-time employment from day one with practical learning applications. After successful completion, you are expected to lead customer discovery sessions, conduct surveys to uncover challenges and opportunities, create and deliver high-impact software demonstrations, and provide demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution support by responding to RFPs.

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer-facing skills.
• Technical and business process knowledge with strong problem-solving abilities to support solution delivery and operational efficiency.
• Cooperative and productive approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify business problems solvable with AI.
• Resilient mindset, embracing challenges and striving for growth.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
• Proficiency in English to engage with our global network.
