Acumatica ERP Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Acumatica ERP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing reports, creating dashboards, and customizing the Acumatica ERP system to meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Acumatica’s functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Acumatica’s Report Designer to provide actionable insights for various departments. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports. Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards within Acumatica to facilitate real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with stakeholders to identify essential metrics and ensure dashboards meet business requirements. System Customization: Customize Acumatica ERP modules to align with business processes, including developing new functionalities and modifying existing ones. Manage third-party integrations to enhance system capabilities. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Acumatica-related issues. Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system-related problems promptly. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Acumatica features. Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, reports, and dashboards. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, including report writing, dashboard creation, and system customization. Proficiency in Acumatica’s Report Designer and dashboard tools. Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with C# and .NET framework for customization projects. Familiarity with system integration and APIs. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with system integration and APIs. Familiarity with business processes in industries such as manufacturing and distribution.
