Overview Join a dynamic and fast-paced company as a highly organized Executive Assistant , supporting the day-to-day operations of the CEO and Executive Staff. This pivotal role serves as the top executive’s right-hand and a leader within the organization. The ideal candidate is extremely self-motivated, demonstrates professionalism, and possesses a strong work ethic, along with comprehensive knowledge of organizational procedures and policies. Job Highlights Monthly Rate: Php 70,000+Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT (1-hour unpaid break)Work Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Provide daily direct executive support, including project and operations management Act as the team communication leader and project manager to ensure efficient information sharing Manage executive calendars, schedule tasks, and handle email correspondence Conduct online research and compile detailed email summaries based on findings Attend executive meetings, taking accurate minutes, compiling notes, and tracking action points Prioritize and monitor team tasks, ensuring timely updates to senior management Handle office administrative tasks as necessary Analyze, streamline, and automate workflows for improved efficiency Recommend tools, manage data migration, and provide setup and training Develop, launch, and lead initiatives related to efficiency, organization, team building, marketing, and hiring Manage and organize internal documents, promotional materials, and digital folders Act as a liaison between the executive and departments to ensure smooth communication Support long-term goal planning and break down objectives into actionable projects Additional tasks may include: Managing incoming and outgoing emails for executive staff Overseeing project management tasks Scanning, filing, and organizing client-related materials Database management Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Excellent verbal communication via phone and email in fluent English Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency Minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Assistant Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and time management skills Independent Contractor Perks Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
