Role Overview The Executive Assistant to the CFO provides high‑level administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information, coordinating executive activities, and ensuring seamless communication across departments and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the CFO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management. Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and financial documents for internal and external meetings. Handle confidential correspondence and communications with utmost discretion and professionalism. Serve as the point of contact between the CFO, senior management, and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow‑up actions. Track and manage critical projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Support the Finance team in administrative functions such as documentation, filing, and workflow coordination. Draft correspondence, memos, and summaries for executive review. Assist with the preparation of Board materials and financial performance decks. Handle expense reporting, reimbursements, and budget‑related administrative tasks. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency in the CFO’s office. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field . 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant , preferably supporting C‑level executives in a multinational or shared services environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) . Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure. Professional demeanor, integrity, and proactive problem‑solving mindset. Willing to work on a remote setup . Preferred Skills Experience supporting a Finance or CFO organization . Knowledge of basic finance and accounting terminology . Familiarity with corporate governance , Board coordination , and executive reporting processes.
