The Qualifications We Seek 2 to 3 years of extensive experience in a similar email marketing role. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Genuine interest in email marketing, e-commerce, digital, and loyalty programs. Proven success in Email Marketing, CRM, or related fields. Experience using Insider or similar platforms and understanding of email marketing metrics. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined. Willingness to learn, grow, and apply feedback for improvement. Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing. Your Daily Tasks Execute day-to-day email and SMS campaigns - from briefing, building, testing, and deploying to reporting and segmentation. Report on loyalty program metrics and embed the program within broader marketing initiatives. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance analysis, and actionable insights. Build intermediate CRM reports to track effectiveness and ROI. Develop and implement a clear email strategy focused on new and returning customer growth. Manage end-to-end EDM campaign execution - from ideation to deployment, including segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and landing page optimization. Align campaign schedules with product launches, social media, and content calendars. Monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as deliverability, open rates, clicks, and sales. Segment customer lists based on behaviors and personas to improve targeting and engagement.
