(Non-negotiable) Must have excellent communication and business writing skills (Non-negotiable) Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written (Non-negotiable) Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables (Non-negotiable) Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications and design (Non-negotiable) Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience (Non-negotiable) Job Description: IT Business Analysts help connect IT staff with company leadership, interpreting the stakeholders’ business goals into specific deliverables, then overseeing their technical development Responsibilities: Gather business requirements from stakeholders and process owners Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications and design Manage the change process Coordinate with the project team during the software development process Review or create documents related to testing when needed Perform ad hoc testing when needed Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) Provide post-implementation review and support
