  • Implements strategies to drive market growth, brand visibility, and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

  • With at least 5 years of solid experience in sales, marketing, or related functions, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

  • Proficient in computer applications and digital tools relevant to sales and marketing.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.

  • Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
