Workforce Manager | Las Pinas TaskUs invites you to apply for a Workforce Manager role in Las Pinas. What a Workforce Manager does Coordinate programs that improve workforce productivity, including training, talent acquisition and performance evaluation. Maintain employment contracts, attendance reports, personnel data and benefit packages. Collaborate with IT to develop customized record‑keeping systems that streamline information storage and access. Ensure billing procedures for all clients within the site and identify account profitability opportunities. Forecast and prepare for voice and non‑voice volume, monitor seat occupancy, average handle time and other performance metrics. Work closely with stakeholders and clients to resolve manpower staffing and scheduling concerns and manage the campaign in accordance with company policies, procedures and service level metrics. Key qualifications At least 3 years of managerial experience in workforce supervision or a related post. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in statistical analysis and computer skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience in capacity planning, forecasting and knowledge of Google Suites is a plus. People‑first leadership and coaching style, high attention to detail and self‑starter attitude.
