Your responsibilities Documents change/project plan activities to ensure that the strategic change portfolio projects are properly coordinated. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management (including training, development, and deployment) activities into overall project plans Create, contribute, and develop communications, impact design, and training plan up to supporting its delivery Assist with the creation of a change management strategy and plan, apply a structured methodology, and support change management activities Refines project execution and plans using change/project management standards while cultivating best practices to reinforce the Change Management Playbook including assessment of the change impacts of new initiatives from a process, organizational, communications impact, and training required. Participate in continuous improvement efforts like problem-solving sessions, process re-engineering, etc. Training & development Manulife has launched a region-wide training academy for its growing 115,000 insurance advisors in Asia. The Manulife Business Academy (MBA) initiative is a unified learning and development platform that equips advisors with skills to succeed in digital environments while helping them improve customers’ lives every day.
