What You’ll Do
- Initiate contact with potential business clients, present service offerings, and book qualified appointments.
- Use provided tools, scripts, and CRM systems to manage outreach, track progress, and report results.
Responsibilities
- Source verified business phone numbers using Lusha (account provided).
- Conduct outbound calls via bOnline VoIP system to renovation businesses in the UK.
- Pitch services confidently and book meetings directly into the shared calendar.
- Overcome objections using provided scripts and an objection-handling guide.
- Record all calls, responses, and outcomes in Flozy CRM; submit daily updates on booked meetings and weekly activity reports.
- Leverage an existing database of leads and notes for a smooth start.
Who You Are
- Persuasive communicator who thrives on connecting with business owners, handling objections, and turning conversations into opportunities.
- Motivated, results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Clear, professional spoken English (neutral or UK-friendly accent preferred).
- Previous cold calling or B2B sales experience; SMMA or construction background is a plus.
- Reliable internet and headset; confident in handling objections and engaging decision-makers.
- Organized and disciplined in logging activities and following workflows.
- Available Monday to Friday during UK business hours (flexible within 4–6 hrs/day).

What You’ll Do
As a Part-Time Backend Software Developer, you will build and maintain our software systems to support professional services, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications from concept to deployment; integrate server-side logic with frontend elements.
- Design, develop, and deploy server-side code using Python and Node.js.
- Design database schemas and interactions with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB; integrate third-party APIs as needed.
- Write clean, maintainable code; conduct code reviews and maintain high quality standards.
- Implement security and data protection measures; troubleshoot and resolve issues; participate in Agile practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve development processes.
Requirements
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js; strong DB knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD; familiarity with Zoho/Zoho Deluge; cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) a plus.
- EST availability; strong portfolio or work samples recommended.
