Responsibilities
  • Manage property data and financial tracking using Buildium software
  • Monitor and record rent payments, including those from government assistance programs
  • Create engaging social media content for B2B fashion brands, primarily on Instagram
  • Develop eye-catching graphics using design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate and refine social media copy
  • Adapt to fluctuating workloads, especially during peak fashion sales seasons
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support both business ventures
Requirements
  • Experience with property management software, Buildium knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in social media management, particularly Instagram
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Familiarity with AI content creation tools like ChatGPT
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle varying workloads
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
