The Opportunity:

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Operational Coordinator to join our Skin Sub Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a quick learner, and can operate independently while maintaining exceptional communication and follow-through.

The Operational Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory tracking, pulling and organizing data, and supporting the team with a variety of operational administrative tasks. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of daily operations within the Skin category.

This position is remote, so offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Tracking : Monitor and manage inventory systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels. Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and cross-functional teams to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Data Management : Regularly pull, organize, and report on key data points related to operations, sales, and inventory. Provide insights or flag anomalies where applicable.
  • Administrative Operations Support : Assist with day-to-day operational tasks including documentation, order tracking, system updates, and cross-functional communication.
  • Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular reports to leadership and the broader team with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Cross-Functional Communication : Act as a liaison between the Skin Sub Team and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow and quick resolution of operational issues.
  • Follow-Through : Own assigned tasks from start to finish. Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time, with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, or coordinator role (preferably CPG industries)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with large datasets
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, and driven — a true go-getter
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms is a plus

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
