Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer, located in Zamboanga. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers. Daily tasks include diagnosing hardware and software issues, using analytical skills to investigate and resolve issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaboration with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in CCTV, IT and Networks, WAPs, Structured Cabling, Workstation Troubleshooting is a plus
  • Experience in LED Wall, Basic Audio Systems including Mixing is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant experience in the broadcasting or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
