Your Role, Your Impact Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives. Oversee and guide content creation (posts, captions, blogs, scripts) ensuring brand voice consistency and audience engagement. Manage and optimize day‑to‑day operations of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). Plan, execute, and analyze paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI. Monitor social trends, audience behaviours, and competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Engage and nurture online communities, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and comments. Track, analyze, and present performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to senior leadership. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to deliver integrated, brand‑consistent campaigns. Stay ahead of emerging platforms, tools, and best practices to keep the brand digitally innovative. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 8+ years of progressive experience managing corporate or agency social media accounts. Experience in real estate, property development, or lifestyle brands is an advantage. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, brand‑aligned content. Advanced knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and their analytics tools. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite). Strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing strategies. Creative and strategic thinker with excellent organisational and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
