About the Job As a Bookkeeper, you’ll maintain accurate global financial records, manage and track expenses across international offices, enter credit card transactions into QuickBooks, oversee daily expenditures, and produce reports to keep budgets on target. You’ll conduct monthly bank reconciliations, assist with month‑end closings, and prepare clear financial statements for management. What You’ll Do Data Entry Input all financial transactions—expenses, payments, income—into QuickBooks. Ensure accurate categorization and reconciliation of transactions within the accounting system. Bank Reconciliations Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. Month‑End Close Assist in the month‑end closing process by ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled. Generate financial reports and summaries for management review. Expense Tracking & Categorization Track and accurately record expenses across multiple global locations. Enter credit card expenses into QuickBooks with precision. Monitor ongoing expenditures and generate regular reports to support budget compliance. Client Communication Communicate professionally with clients via email regarding financial records, invoices, and other bookkeeping matters. Provide timely support and respond to client inquiries with clarity and accuracy. What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related finance position. Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience using QuickBooks. Solid grasp of core accounting concepts, including expense management, reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with clients. Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
