Customer Activation Manager

About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Activation Manager to ensure that every new client’s journey begins on the right foot — with clear expectations, aligned timelines, and transparent communication around sourcing, VA readiness, and training milestones. This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Talent, and Operations, resetting expectations when timelines shift and ensuring clients remain informed, confident, and engaged throughout the activation phase. Compensation: PHP 40,000–60,000 a month Key Responsibilities Oversee the post-sale activation process, guiding clients through sourcing, selection, and training readiness steps. Conduct alignment calls or check-ins to reset expectations on VA readiness, sourcing updates, and training timelines when necessary. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Operations to coordinate realistic handover and deployment schedules. Track client progress through each activation stage and flag potential risks or delays for proactive management. Communicate clearly and consistently with clients regarding status updates, next steps, and adjusted launch dates. Manage a portfolio of active onboarding clients, ensuring smooth transition from sale to full account activation. Document key updates and outcomes in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for visibility across Customer Success and Operations. Identify recurring friction points or timeline issues and recommend process improvements to leadership. Support the development of activation playbooks and internal escalation frameworks to improve speed-to-launch and customer confidence. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, or customer success, preferably within BPO, SaaS, or managed service environments. Strong project management and communication skills; able to set and reset expectations with professionalism and empathy. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with overlapping timelines and moving parts. Excellent coordination skills across departments (Sales, Talent, L&D, Operations). Proficient in using CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, etc.). Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing clients in dynamic, fast-changing environments. Preferred Skills Experience handling client onboarding delays or timeline resets in a high-volume service environment. Familiarity with training readiness or workforce deployment processes. Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-centric tone. Background in account operations, enablement, or cross-functional client management.
