About the role: As a Customer Success Associate , you will be challenged to provide amazing support to our customers and photographers worldwide. Your ability to solve concerns for both customers and photographers while delivering a seamless booking experience will fuel Snappr’s growth and make it possible for consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography anywhere in the world. You’ll directly shape how our customers and creators connect. Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring businesses everywhere can tell better visual stories. What you’ll do: Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues Work with photographers to resolve disputes around the results of their photoshoots In a start-up environment, job duties may shift with customer needs, so flexibility is essential Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done What you’ll need: Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply Track and monitor CSAT scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Fantastic phone manners and email etiquette A "let's get it done" mindset The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule Job benefits: PHP 30k/month on-target earnings (including performance pay) PHP 1.5k-2k transportation allowance 20% night differential (if applicable) Health Insurance (HMO w/ dependents) Free daily meals Paid Time Off Company Equity About the team: Snappr is the world’s largest on-demand marketplace for visual content.
