Gather, consolidate and analyse brand, category, sales, and market data to monitor brand performance, brand portfolio health, and competitive benchmarks. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking tools and regular reports for brand metrics (e.g., brand awareness, brand share, margin, profitability, customer perception, price & promo effectiveness). Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Group Brand team on brand strategies, portfolio decisions (e.g., new launches, brand consolidation), pricing/promo impact, channel performance, and customer segmentation. Support brand planning cycles: provide input on forecasting, budgeting, economic modelling, what‑if scenarios and post‑launch reviews. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, category management, sales, e‑commerce, finance, supply chain) to ensure alignment of brand initiatives and measure their impact. Assist in the development and launch of new brands or brand extensions: assess market trends, customer insights, competitor landscape, performance viability and required resources. Support continuous improvement of brand analytics processes, systems, data integrity, and automation of reporting. Prepare presentation decks, business cases and executive summaries for senior leadership on brand performance, initiatives and investment decisions.
