Overview

We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Supervisor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager , this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s marketing efforts.

Based in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing a range of marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Managing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital and print assets
  • Analyzing marketing performance data and providing insights to optimise campaigns
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Overseeing the work of junior marketing team members and providing guidance and support
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing supervisor or similar role, preferably within the Advertising and retail industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret results and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms
