DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly reporting to Sales Manager.

  • Achieve monthly sales target given for the assigned area.

  • Conduct weekly sales meeting for VISMIN account.

  • Coordinate with different departments of the company for dealers concerns such as HR, Accounting, Warehouse and After Sales.

  • Communicate with the buyers, merchandisers and marketing in-charge of all the assigned dealers.

-Check WSR and DSR of all branches of VISMIN.

  • Daily monitoring of pending deliveries for VISMIN in coordination with Account Coordinators.

  • Make itinerary for VISMIN coordinators every two weeks. Monitor daily.

  • Monitor attendance of promoters in coordination with VISMIN coordinators.

  • Make sure that all defective units will be pulled out regularly and will be sent out to the service center.

  • Attend to all store concerns of all VISMIN branches.

  • Implementation of company promotions

  • In-store activities

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Manager
  • Familiar in handling Vizmin Area
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Good in leadership skills, negotiations & communication skills
  • Familiar in sales/retail industry
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay Head Office
  • Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
