The Position Liderarás la ejecución de proyectos de extremo a extremo, siendo clave para garantizar que entregamos soluciones innovadoras a nuestros clientes, respetando el alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad definidos. La Oportunidad Liderarás el área de proyectos, asegurando su correcta ejecución y gestión end-to-end, incluyendo alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad. Serás responsable de la gestión de riesgos para asegurar entregas en las fechas comprometidas. Coordinarás recursos y gestionarás al equipo de Gerentes de Proyectos. Interactuarás directamente con clientes, traduciendo sus necesidades en planes de proyecto accionables. Definirás e impulsarás estrategias que optimicen la implementación de proyectos dentro de la organización. Monitorearás e informarás regularmente el estado del proyecto a los stakeholders clave. Impactarás la cultura de trabajo del equipo, promoviendo un ambiente de alto rendimiento y colaboración. Quién eres Tienes una Licenciatura (Ingeniería o carrera afín / Licenciatura Económico-Administrativa). Cuentas con al menos 10 años de experiencia laboral indispensable como Líder o Gerente de Proyectos. Manejas un nivel de inglés Avanzado (capacidad para comunicarse de manera eficiente). Demuestras una gran capacidad de organización y liderazgo de equipos. Puedes liderar la gestión e implementación de proyectos de extremo a extremo. Preferido Deseable tener una Maestría en Proyectos o Administrativa. Tienes experiencia en planeación, ejecución, control (costo, tiempo y calidad), cierre y seguimiento de proyectos. Posees habilidades para el análisis e interpretación de información cuantitativa y cualitativa. Dominas Paquetería Office (Excel intermedio a avanzado) y conoces indicadores y procesos. Tu experiencia laboral es mayor a 10 años en el área. Esta posición cuenta con candidato preferente y no tiene ayuda de relocación. Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
