We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join our Customer team in BioSystems Philippines , providing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our human health and IVD sector customers in Region III (Central Luzon) . As a key technical engineer , you will manage and optimize technical service operations , support customer satisfaction strategies , and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives . We seek a proactive and customer-oriented professional with strong both technical and communication skills to ensuring and maintaining laboratory equipment used in medical analysis Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical laboratory equipment (analysers, microscopes, automation systems, etc.). Support in the installation of analysers. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with laboratory devices within required timeframes. Plan and coordinate on-site maintenance interventions in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. Ensure equipment compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. Keep technical documentation of equipment up to date and manage records of completed interventions. Train and support laboratory equipment users on proper maintenance and usage practices. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure device performance and reliability. Build and develop a healthy and productive relationship with clients, both in technical and commercial aspects. Requirements Degree in Engineering or Higher Technical Diploma (FP) in industrial, mechanical, electronic, biomedical, biotechnology fields, or similar. At least 3 year of experience in a similar Technical Service Engineer role. Strong knowledge of equipment used in medical analysis laboratories (e.g., biochemical analysers). Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Availability to travel . Candidate must be based in Region III to facilitate attendance at our office. Preferred Skills & Competencies Customer-focused mindset to ensure excellent service quality and satisfaction. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to handle unexpected issues efficiently. Excellent communication and training skills to support customers and internal teams. Ability to work autonomously and manage service operations strategically. IT proficiency (Office tools, multimedia applications for video/image editing).
