The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and to all aspects of service delivery around SimCorp Dimension. This role will support our clients by providing solutions and deploying services related to the usage of SimCorp Dimension. Work closely with local and global teams within SimCorp as well as instruct, coach and mentor less experienced consultants. In this key role you will work in NA shift (9 am to 6 pm Mexico hours) to provide support & solutions to overcome issues encountered by the customer and to optimize usage of the systems for them. Establish and maintain a network at several levels at the client incl. management and be regarded as a trusted advisor by the client to develop a mutually beneficial long-term partnership Analyse problems and issues which occur in the solutions and the system operations of SimCorp services at clients’ production environment on a wide range of topics independently to provide convincing and timely solutions to our client within agreed SLAs Offer guidance and support to our client users on configuration maintenance and enhancements by delivering solutions for the use of SimCorp services and more, ensuring optimal and forward-thinking utilization of these services Co-operate closely with other professionals within SimCorp on a global level by way of specialist roles to share knowledge and ensure efficient solutions for the client Act as a coach or mentor and review work of others. Advise others regarding general practices and procedures within own field You will be required to work on (NA) shift. Weekend/Public Holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion. WHAT WE VALUE A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science. Knowledge in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical 5years experience within asset management, funds management or custodian. Experience in the operation and support of front-to-backinvestment management solutions You are good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time.
