Operations Manager

Responsibilities Own and manage core business systems — including Cin7 Core, Xero, and Shopify — ensuring they are optimized, integrated, and effectively utilized. Map, streamline, and improve processes end-to-end , identifying opportunities for automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Provide on-site leadership for the PH team , fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Act as the connector between cross-country teams , ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategic priorities. Must haves: 5+ years in business operations / process management / systems (ERP/finance tools experience – Cin7, Xero or equivalent). Proven process mapping, workflow design, and automation exposure; strong analytical capability. Comfortable working cross functional e.g. across finance, supply chain, sales, and customer service. Credible people leader: coaching, training, balancing empathy with accountability. Excellent communicator: can lead through influence and connect AU + PH Nice-to-haves: Experience in consumer goods/retail/eCommerce; exposure to AU/international companies; Lean/Six Sigma; basic HR/office governance.
