Job Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance With at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Experience working in a BPO, Shared Services, or Healthcare-related industry is required Hands-on experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting Strong expertise in data modeling, forecasting, and revenue cycle analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, macros) Experience using ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and Tableau; Power Macro skills preferred Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to support financial audits and collaborate effectively across departments Nice to have: Background in healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, or management of consolidated financial processes Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results under pressure, and drive process improvements Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the patient accounts receivable reserve calculation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards Supervise month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management Ensure the integrity of financial and operational data within systems such as Crowe Horwath Reserve or similar tools Develop and maintain data models, forecasts, and revenue cycle analytics to support decision-making Collaborate with stateside finance and audit teams to prepare, validate, and deliver required financial reports Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and standardization of net revenue reporting Analyze financial trends, prepare hindsight reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership Serve as an escalation point for Net Revenue Experts, offering deep understanding of healthcare financial processes Support financial audits and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
