Lead and manage project teams across internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and consortium partners, coordinating effectively with external interfaces to deliver complex projects. Own P&L for assigned projects, delivering on time, within budget and cash targets, and at the required quality while actively optimizing margin. Ensure adherence to Bühler directives and EHS standards, embedding compliance and a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle. This is where you'll excel Lead up to complex projects with P&L accountability Build and develop a capable and motivated engineering team and hub, establishing foundational processes and culture. Supervise the final negotiations for the allocated project and provide the execution strategy. Ensure that the project schedule baseline is signed by the involved parties at the start of the project. Manage and lead the project team to achieve and further improve cost, schedule, quality and EHS targets. Perform proper risk and opportunity management. Prepare and perform Project Reviews as requested, reporting according to Bühler Project Management process. Be responsible for the site briefing meeting; ensure all site relevant documents are handed over to site personnel. Liaise with the Project Management Office to establish, implement and maintain operating standards to ensure quality project results and customer satisfaction. Ensure forecasting accuracy and monitor project KPIs including SPI and CPI, timely Turnover and, if needed, manual TO pulls to drive project success. These are the skills you'll need Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering. Minimum 5 years as Project Manager or proof of sufficient skills. Basic commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities to undertake commercial negotiations. Strong planning, organising and priority setting skills, with proven ability to manage teams. Technical and commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines. Professional proficiency in English.
