Job Summary The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. This client‑facing role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Position Title: Project ManagerDepartment: OperationsLocation: Poblacion, MakatiReports To: COO Key Responsibilities Project Planning Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans. Project Execution Lead project teams to execute plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints. Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution. Monitor and track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Stakeholder Management Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. Foster strong relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Gather stakeholder feedback on technology and product/service improvement opportunities. Facilitate project meetings, including kick‑off, status updates, and post‑project reviews. Quality Assurance Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement QA processes and conduct regular audits. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Training and Data Gathering Develop and deliver training programs for buyers and suppliers to facilitate data gathering. Ensure participants understand data collection processes and tools. Monitor and support data‑gathering activities for accuracy and timeliness. Reporting and Documentation Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, reports, and closure documents. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of project activities, decisions, and changes. Generate and present detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders. Working Conditions Office environment with occasional travel for meetings or project site visits. Standard working hours with potential for occasional overtime based on project needs.
