Client Finance Coordinator – RSO Architecture Join our Client Finance Group where you will support accurate, timely, and efficient client billing and financial operations for both clients and internal teams. In this role, you will oversee client billing processes, track project expenses, and partner with producers and finance leadership to maintain financial accuracy across campaigns and projects. Your contributions will drive transparency, accountability, and seamless financial management across all client-facing initiatives. What You'll Do Track client contracts and complete client billing in a timely manner. Confirm billing requirements and approve invoices for delivery. Review the billing schedule and project status with the Director of Finance and Financial Operations Manager. Track project T&E expenses and bill back to clients; report spend vs. budget to producers. Collaborate with producers (project managers) and manage large production out‑of‑pocket budgets for campaigns and projects. Review vendor invoices with producers and submit invoices to Accounts Payable for payment processing. Support producers by providing status reports of client billing, payment, and other financial snapshots. Use the internal production management tool, Grail, for project status updates. Maintain all financial information in the accounting system, Maconomy. What You'll Need Self‑motivation and the ability to work well within a team. Strong written and oral communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills to manage large amounts of data and detail. Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A flexible attitude and natural curiosity in a shifting environment. Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Keynote; experience on a Mac environment.
