We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new sales leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present and promote products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and expand network.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product information.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
