Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
