Specialist, Performance Management & Data Analytics

Location:

Cebu City, 07, PH

Summary Description :

DBS is looking for a talented business analyst to join our Business Transformation team as we shift to a process ownership model, focused on driving process improvements and automation globally. Reporting to the DBS Performance Management & Data Analytics Manager, the Performance Management Specialist is responsible for providing reporting solutions, analytics, and business insights to assist senior executives and management teams in better planning, predicting, and understanding business trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and run scheduled metrics reports for the business.
  • Provide analysis and insights into existing performance management structures such as scorecards and business reviews.
  • Facilitate monthly business reviews with the Management Team and stakeholders.
  • Define requirements, develop, and acquire information for reporting and data analytics, collaborating with technology and infrastructure partners.
  • Design and develop reports using Power BI, MS Excel, and other tools.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis on themes requested by senior management or identified through proactive research.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives to re-engineer financial or business processes.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholder groups across SSC, global, and local/BU teams.
  • Support change management and communication efforts for transformation projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in finance, BPO (SSC), business analytics, financial planning and reporting, or related fields.
  • Experience with finance and accounting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and support decision-making.
  • Data-savvy, comfortable managing unstructured data.
  • Ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and work ethics.
  • Attention to detail and skills in graphical data representation.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, etc.
