Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor / Architect)

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive background in quantity surveying, architecture, and project management, particularly with knowledge of the UK market. This role may encompass responsibilities of either a Quantity Surveyor or an Architect, or potentially both.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preconstruction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical oversight of project execution.
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives.
  • Contract setup (JCT).
  • Post-contract project management including CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.
  • Handover processes, operation and maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
