Provide regular updates on project activities, progress, and milestones to management. Manage and coordinate all matters related to the execution, control, and quality assurance of construction and/or other Civil/Electrical Engineering works. Coordinate technical matters, including submission, review, and approval of project documentation. Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports, highlighting status, progress, challenges, and resolutions. Review and evaluate project specifications, technical drawings, and variation requests to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor work quality, control budgets, and ensure cost efficiency up to the finalization of accounts. Lead and conduct coordination meetings with contractors, maintenance personnel, and security to resolve issues and align project objectives. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Requirements Licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering . At least 5 years of proven experience in project supervision, construction management, or related engineering roles. Proficient in computer applications and engineering‑related software. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Demonstrated competence in project planning, cost control, and quality management. Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and committed to excellence. Work experience in construction, property development, or real estate industry is an advantage.
