If so, Filinvest Land Inc. , a leading and trusted developer in the Philippines, is looking for a talented Sales Managers to join our in-house sales team in ZAMBOANGA CITY This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, contributing directly to the success of one of the country's most reputable real estate companies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales across our diverse portfolio of properties. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will: Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to seven (7) Property Specialists throughout the contract Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Real Estate Sales Agents. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Drive team sales performance through effective training and motivation.
