Job Description:
Responsibilities and requirements are listed below.
Responsibilities- Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolves issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues.
- Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
- At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
- Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance
- Knowledge of Authorizations
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to a changing work environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable to working night shift
