Job Description: Responsibilities and requirements are listed below. Responsibilities Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat). Resolves issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues.
