Job Description
  • The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on direct sales activities while collaborating with the marketing team to support brand visibility and customer engagement. The position plays a key part in strengthening the company's market presence and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Responsibilities across listings typically include: managing key accounts, serving as the point of contact for clients, organizing regular client meetings, resolving problems and handling complaints, meeting budget and time requirements, staying up-to-date with product launches, monitoring sales performance analytics, and proposing innovative ways to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships; identify and pursue new sales opportunities; achieve sales targets.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare proposals/quotations, and close deals; conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
  • Prepare monthly/weekly sales plans and reports; monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, PMG, Credit, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Attend meetings with clients, conduct needs assessments, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, delivery, and payment terms; manage purchase orders and contracts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and industry trends; stay informed about competitive offerings.
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role; experience in IT, hotels, construction, events, or related sectors is listed across postings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong analytical and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to identify client needs and drive engagement.
  • Educational background such as BS/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role; on-site or field work depending on assignment.
