Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cloud & DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure. You will lead a talented engineering team while driving automation, infrastructure as code, and best-in-class deployment practices to support our rapidly growing platform. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments. Architect and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform. Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated and reliable deployments. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for both infrastructure and applications. Define and enforce cloud security best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.). Optimize cloud resource utilization for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Design disaster recovery and high availability solutions for mission-critical services. Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to support application deployment needs. Automate operational and infrastructure tasks to reduce manual intervention. Implement and maintain secrets management and access control systems. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior DevOps engineers. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures. Lead incident response for production infrastructure issues. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Hands-on expertise in AWS services (EKS, IAM, S3, RDS, EC2). Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker. Solid understanding of networking in cloud environments. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with compliance standards: ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, HIPAA. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar for automation. Deep understanding of container technologies and orchestration. Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and flexible work hours. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools. Knowledge of authentication services like Auth0. Understanding of database management and optimization in cloud environments. Familiarity with serverless architectures. Background in advertising technology or marketing analytics infrastructure. Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies. AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Professional). Familiarity with policy-as-code and security automation. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience implementing zero-trust security models. #J-18808-Ljbffr
