Key Qualifications Graduate of any four (4) year business course An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred With ten (10) years experience in handling national sales and operations Background in personal care, cosmetics, or pharma industries preferred is advantageous. Goal-oriented, results-driven and hands-on leadership style Has excellent communication skills and a team player Key Responsibilities A. MANAGEMENT OF DEPARTMENT Oversee daily transactions from booking, billing and ensuring 100% serving date of its customers' stock requirements. Oversees sales administrative functions relative to the realization of sales and collections, timely report requirements of his team. Oversees implementation of sales activities, merchandising, and promotions plan. B. SALES MANAGEMENT Responsible for the overall generation of sales objectives. Initiates research for new business ventures that will allow expanding, developing, and opening new outlets that will contribute additional volume. Prepares and ensures delivery of national sales forecast, broken down into monthly, quarterly, semestral, and annual / per account and per area. Formulates and recommends sales, merchandising and promotions plan that will ensure the delivery of its annual target and prepares budget requirements for the effective operation of its department. Review existing accounts on a monthly period and develops programs to improve performance. C. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT Trains and prepares career path / planning for direct reports and recommends movements / transfer that will improve departmental systems. Ensures the department's adherence to company policies and guidelines. D. PROFITABILITY Ensures effective cost expense and management against delivery of its sales target. Ready to make an impact?
