Client Experience & Site Visit Coordinator Everise Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join us on our mission to elevate customer experiences for people around the world. Key Responsibilities Coordinate client site visits: organize logistics, manage transportation, and oversee catering arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact during site visits, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Procure and set up branding materials such as signage and promotional items to enhance the client experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the site visit are covered, from facility readiness to staff availability. Manage multiple site visit projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Utilize contact center knowledge to prepare and coach team members, ensuring consistent messaging to clients. Maintain accurate records of site visits, client feedback, and logistical arrangements for continuous improvement. Create and update PowerPoint presentations and communicate effectively in a presentation environment. Promptly address any issues or challenges that arise during the planning and execution of site visits. Participate in meetings, dinners, and events outside normal business hours as required to support events. Manage, coordinate, and optimize the Content Management System to ensure easy access to sales collateral and training resources. Support onboarding and continuous training programs, including coordination of educational sessions and content updates. Facilitate content sharing and communication across sales and marketing teams to improve readiness. Use data and feedback to identify skill gaps and collaborate with Sales Operations, Solutions, and Demand Generation teams on improvement strategies. Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Growth Organization teams, coordinating cross‑functional activities and managing vendor relationships. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contact center operations, event logistics, and/or project management. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management tools. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset. Demonstrated creativity in planning successful events and engagement experiences. Experience managing professional corporate client site visits and events. Project management experience and attention to detail. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi‑task and manage vendor relationships. Self‑starter, takes initiative, and collaborates well cross‑functionally. Creative thinker, bringing new ideas to make client site visits great. Experience managing budget, expenses, and invoices. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
