If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success – join us today We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tariffs Claims Manager to lead the preparation and submission of accurate, complete, and timely customer-specific tariff claims packages. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tariffs, import/export documentation, and claims procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit comprehensive tariff claims packages tailored to individual customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Logistics, Customs Compliance, Finance, Sales) to gather and validate the data required for each claim. Ensure all claims are compliant with customer requirements. Track, monitor, and report on the status of claims and resolve discrepancies or follow-up requirements promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for account executives regarding tariff-related claims, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all claims in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance claims accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time. Stay current with changes in global tariff regulations and trade compliance requirements. Support internal audits and external reviews by providing required documentation and explanations related to claims. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in customer claims (or related domains) in contract manufacturing (or related industries). Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with customers and internal teams professionally. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
